FAQ

Possible causes

  • There are no bases or tables in your Airtable account yet.
  • The intended base/table isn’t authorized for Tupley, or access was revoked/deleted.

Fix

  1. Create or verify a base and at least one table in Airtable.
  2. Re-authorize Airtable in Tupley.
  3. Return to Tupley and refresh your data sources.
If you just created a base, wait a few seconds and refresh—Airtable may take a moment to reflect new resources.

Verify

  • The authorized base appears under Integrations → Airtable.
  • Tables from that base are selectable in Tupley without errors.
  • Reloading the page no longer shows “No bases found”.
